Some pools need a drain and clean due to how dirty they are. If you can't see the bottom of the deep end, a drain and clean will be needed for your pool.

This is a 3-10 day process. It is normal for imperfections and blemishes in the plaster to be visible after a drain and clean is performed.
​
If pool has been sitting for a long period of time, equipment repairs may be required before the drain and clean can be completed.

Drain and Clean Service Includes

  • Filter Clean (sand treatment for sand pools) *extra charges may apply if parts are needed 
  • Drain the pool/ spa 
  • ​Power wash / rinse the walls (varies depending on the condition of plaster)
  • Refill water 
  • Vacuum the bottom of the pool (if necessary) 
  • Balance water chemistry 
  • Check over pool equipment for visible leaks 
  • ​Empty the skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and pool cleaner bag
